Kevin J. Conner
principal
MS Taxation with Honours (Philadelphia University)
B.S. (West Chester University of Pennsylvania), Certified Public Accountant (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania), is a principal of Westrock Partners.
Mr. Conner has twenty years of domestic and international business experience.
Before joining Westrock Partners in 1994, he held senior positions with an international bank and CPA firms. He is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant for numerous corporate finance and taxation matters including mergers and acquisitions, risk and recovery, corporate turnarounds, expert witness testimony on tax and accounting matters and business valuations.
In addition to his responsibilities with Westrock Partners, Mr. Conner is a founding shareholder and managing director of Conner & Associates, PC, a certified public accounting and consulting firm.
